Scope of Services. Through this Site, Glisten And Glow Cleaning markets and arranges Appliance Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Disinfection Services, Floor Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Window Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Glisten And Glow Cleaning may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Glisten And Glow Cleaning makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Glisten And Glow Cleaning arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Glisten And Glow Cleaning harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MS law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MS for any related dispute.
